Went to Mavis Tire for a tire that was leaking. Was greeted by Teale.Asked me what i needed and she got everything set up for repair. I also ask her about a quote for new tires and financing. She answered all my questions. Got tire repaired right away. would recommend there business for there services.Thanks again for your help.

I've come here for both a new set of tires as well as a tire repair, and both were very simple appointments. Online scheduling worked perfectly and is super simple, everyone is very friendly, I never feel like they're trying to rip me off or that I'm getting pressured with upsells or anything like that. While getting my tire repaired, I also listened to conversations with other customers and the staff was very supportive, offered price matching without even being asked for it, etc. I would definitely recommend going to the Mavis on Carlisle Pike!

The staff here is amazing. As a woman, I don’t trust many auto repair shops. They gave me honest prices with deals and ensured my vehicle was safe. 10/10 recommend to anyone who has had issues before with shops lying about prices & services.
