We have been working with M and M for several months now and highly recommend them. We had fire damage to our home from a neighbor’s fire and were working with our insurance company to get coverage for the damages. M & M had put a few neighbors roofs on the few weeks before, so we called them out for an estimate to repair the damage. Jake came several times to meet with us and the insurance adjuster before we had even committed to work with his company. Several times he supported us and helped us through the process with no strings attached. I needed a new roof ASAP. I read the wonderful reviews and chose this company. One word to describe this company? Exceptional! Meeting Jake for the first time I truly can say that he has a wonderful personality. Very easy to talk to and he takes his time in answering any questions that you may have. Jake and his team not only worked with my schedule availability, but Jake explained everything up front in detail that was going to be done not only in words but also in the email he sent. This team not only showed up on time but were also very pleasant and courteous and did exactly everything as was discussed.
