I had called the shop and immediately was able to be seen the same day (in fact minutes after I hung up) I went to another shop not in any way affiliated with Gypsy Skull and they pierced my 2nd helix with a very small barbell which left me with no room for swelling. My piercing got swollen and overall angry with me I had to take it out and place a taper until I could get someone to look at it. My first time at the shop and I had Tiana take a look at it and help me. Not only was she very thorough explaining and weighing my options but she was very careful and empathetic upon helping me. Josh Black was my artist. Super chill, will draw up anything and focuses on what the client desires, great place. My teenager came with me for the second session and enjoyed the atmosphere.
