They do a great job in here. They are ALWAYS super busy. You must check in online or the app. It will give you the time they are available. This is also very helpful because they are usually very close to the suggested wait time.

Almost always a great experience. I don't know her name (I'm sooo sorry), but there's a very awesome stylist that has teal hair and glasses, and she listens closely and offers advice accordingly. She's never steered me wrong!! ??? However, the person I was introducing had a stylist that was new, and that did not go well. She didn't ask for a shampoo or not. My person has uneven hair (not requested) with the front being nearly 2 inches longer on one side. Layers were completely uneven. I've seen better cuts done by unlicensed folks. She was very unhappy, but she's not one to complain, so I'm sharing her part of the visit on her behalf.

I never go anywhere else! I broke my arm last year and frequently came in to have my hair washed for work because well I couldn’t do it real well one handed, they were so amazing knowing I was going to work! If they weren’t super busy they would make it look so freaking awesome! Braids, ponytails, buns, all sorts of things! Made it such an incredible experience and being embarrassed to need help while I couldn’t do it for myself! I tipped very very well for anyone who was wondering!
