My doctor sent me to Gentile Hand Clinic for a trigger finger. Their treatments improved my condition steadily throughout the next 6 weeks. I had to do my homework too but my hand is fine now. I enjoyed my experience there and looked forward to my sessions. Everybody was very kind and friendly and the staff was welcoming. They taught me about how to help myself at the first signs (if the condition returns). They also explained how the hand works and how to avoid aggravating the condition in the future. The office staff is warm and friendly and the entire facility is very efficiently run. But the patients do not feel rushed. There was a healing atmosphere as soon as you walk into the treatment room. And it was inspiring to see the other patients improving. All the staff was amazing, gentle and encouraging. Joanie was especially helpful and wise. I would highly recommend going here for occupational therapy of the hands and upper body.
Gentile Hand Clinic is without doubt the best PT/OT facility I have ever encountered. I have thus far worked with four of their therapists and all have been friendly, accommodating, and professional and able to put a patient at ease. I would particularly like to single out Joannie, who went above and beyond, really understanding patient needs and how to work with them - I wish everyone in medicine had half of her sympathetic touch; whatever they are paying her should be doubled. Well done Gentile Hand Clinic!
I broke my left wrist back in 2018 and were wonderful, that, I asked to be sent here this time around for my right wrist
