The doctor was great. Fast and efficient visit. The only issue I had was on the way out I asked to have my new Rx ordered in the lenses I normally use. I was told that they would call once it came in. I waited three weeks and nobody ever called. I ended up stopping in and asking for a copy of my new Rx so I could order myself contacts. When I was there explaining what happened to the staff member she didn't even bother to see if the trials were in. She just handed me my Rx and let me leave. I felt like that situation could have been handled more professionally. I only give four stars for the Doctor who what great.
It was very busy when I came in . There was a lady waiting to be checked out the woman who runs front desk was busy with another customer the phone was ringing and this one woman was trying to do everything. I think more help is needed as the women waiting to be checked out was very frustrated.
People! Words can not express how impressed and how thankful I am for the way the two ladies treated my wife and myself. I kicked myself for not having the good sense to ask for their names. They were both personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and most of all very professional. I gotta go back next week and Im looking forward to it. It’s been ages since I got such a royal treatment anywhere.
