I stopped here, to see if they could repair a pair of loupes I wear for work . The arm was broken off . I could not get the arm to line back up so I could get things back together. The staff was so friendly and they were able to get things back together for me. I am not even a patient of theirs and they treated me so well . I would highly recommend them . So grateful they could fix things for me so I do not have to send my loupes out for repairs which could take weeks to get back .

Best people I've ever encountered in eyewear. Every single person in the office was very kind, helpful and good at their jobs. I would highly recommend this place even if it's not in your insurance network. They're worth it.I've been to My Eye Doctor, Pearl Vision, Vision Works, Weaver Eye (now My Eye Doctor) and a small little optometrist and this place is light years better than every single one. Everyone is so willing to help you and make sure you're satisfied and taken care of.They have a large selection of frames, they'll even help you pick out frames if you'd like and they're very upfront about all prices.The location is also great. We've been going to see Dr. Rowe for several years and it's always been a pleasant experience. He's very kind and knowledgeable. All of the office staff are very friendly.
