The Hanover Calaber collision went above and beyond fixing my car...and having it completed in time for me to go on my trip...even though they had to make a special trip for parts and come into work early to get it completed ...Hats off to these guys!!!!!@

EVERYONE at this location, in this transaction were extremely nice. They truly listened to my concerns about possible hidden damages and addressed them. The communication was excellent and they were extremely organized throughout the scheduling and repair process. My schedule threw a curveball in the original time-line and they seamlessly adjusted their timeline to fit my schedule without hesitation. They made me feel like the valued customer and not just another number. Very happy with the completed work! It's truly comforting to have dependable local businesses like Caliber Collision to count on!

The service here is simply phenomenal! Had my car in to be assessed after I hit a mailbox. They worked with insurance and everything. Even though the car did end up being a total loss, the team here was very communicative and showed me the damage that led to the total less being determined. Everyone here is so friendly and the communication is top notch. I joked with the gentleman there that if I hit another mailbox they'll be my go-to! But I'm serious, if another tragedy strikes I'll be here again. Thank you Caliber team! Kudos to you
