Excellent service. Crawled into my attic to get a yellow jacket nest out of a tight spot. Then sprayed for them and wasp. He was very informative and gave me tips of what to do to help prevent more issues with bees and other bugs.
There isn’t enough time or space to write about what rockstars these people are! I called after being stood up and straight ignored by 4 other companies, left a message without much hope, and to my surprise, Jessie called me back immediately. He wasn’t even on the clock as they were driving to vacation, but he was so kind and helpful and set up a time to squeeze me in one evening a week later. Because of the bad experience with the other companies, I still wary that there would be any follow through or that they would actually show up but everything was confirmed twice and he gave me a call about 40 minutes before they would arrive! They came by and explained everything to me about my ant problem, treated the whole house, and were just the loveliest people to talk to. The ant problem is already noticeably reduced so I have only high hopes for a full ant annihilation! As much as I don’t want more bugs around, they were just the most pleasant people to speak to! I would highly recommend them for any of your pest needs, thank y’all so much again!!
After dealing with a nationwide company back and forth for over a week and no results to our issue, I called bye bye pest and Jessie and Cara came out the same day and was able to address the problem. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything and how friendly they were. We are happy to be switching to this company.
