Called Wednesday, had appointment the following day. They gave a 2 hour window not an all day wait. I was called when they were leaving and when they pulled into my driveway. Justin was polite and professional. He answered all my questions, told me what he had to repair and how much. I was very pleased with the company and the service. I highly recommend this local business.
It was great talking to Scott on the phone and making the appointment. He had availability right away. Justin was our technician; very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable of the issue. He gave me a call about 20 minutes before showing which was helpful. He gave us a couple of options and let us decide what would work for our budget. He had the necessary part with him and fixed our dryer on the spot. By far, the best service and customer care I've had with an appliance company over the years. Thank you Justin, we appreciate our dryer working today! I will recommend you guys to all of my neighbors, friends and family. 5 stars!
Scott came out and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
