I had been to this location last year for an exam and glasses and everyone was very eager to assist and friendly professionals. My visit yesterday was very different due to the rudeness by the receptionist to myself, those on the phone, and to her co workers. I thought it was just maybe a bad day for her but I see other reviews on here are very similar regarding the receptionist. As this person is the companies’ first impression upon entering - she’s not a good fit for this job.
My experience at America’s best contacts and eyeglasses was great. From the front end to the doctors appointment everything was great. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They helped me with all my needs! I highly recommend them!
