I just finished 3 months of Physical Therapy at Adams County Physical Therapy rehabbing shin splints. I am a runner and have had recurring shin splints on and off for 5 years. I have been to 3 different PT’s over the years and have been to sports medicine doctors trying to solve this problem. Running is very important to me, and when this issue flares up it usually means a lot of time off and inconsistent running. I can't say enough good things about Adams County Physical Therapy!Due to dealing with pain from a heel spur and Achilles tendonitis, I was facing surgery. Physical therapy was my last hope to avoid surgery and it WORKED! I am now pain free and so thrilled that I didn't have to go through surgery.Rob, Nicole, and Betsy were AWESOME! They all were very professional and knowledgeable. They also had great personalities and were a pleasure to be around. You could sense that they genuinely cared and worked hard to give me the best treatment possible.I highly recommend them for anyone that needs physical therapy.
