I was in a car accident on 11-1-2023 coming off the ramp from 183 onto 78 E. Always Towing came to pick up my vehicle. When the owner Phil heard that I needed a ride to Urgent Care, he kindly offered to drop me off there. It was very kind and thoughtful and not part of the service they normally offer. I was very grateful and want to acknowledge this wonderful owner and his business.
Brought my car here for inspection. Friendly staff and the mechanic recommended I bring my car in if I want my shifter fixed. To me this was great to hear especially since the other shop I took my car to last year did not recommend I fix it.
We blew out a front bearing on Saturday afternoon on our way back home to NC. Called AAA, and they hooked us up with an amazing Always Towing tow driver. She went above and beyond, making sure we were able to get settled in a safe place to find a hotel and grab a bite to eat. She even called the mechanic to see if he could fit us in on Monday at their shop. Our mechanic was able to get us in and fix the issue, (he even checked the other bearing to make sure it was safe) and get us back on the road on Monday by 2.
