Keith helped me figure out what was going on with my laptop, I had been seeing a pop up that was telling me there was a problem with the battery. It turns out that no, there was no problem, and there was no charge for figuring that out! This was after I had been to Micro Center, where there was a really long line, harried looking tech guys, and turns out you had to pre-register online to take your computer/laptop there for repair. I went out to the parking lot and googled "Main Line Computer Repair", and saw they were in Gulph Mills, very close to me! I went right over there, no lines! Keith recently replaced the fan on my laptop after the original one broke. I use my laptop every day for work, so it was important to me that the repair be completed quickly. I contacted Keith, and he was able to order the necessary parts ahead of time. After they came in, I dropped off my laptop. He replaced the fan and returned the laptop to me in less than a day. The new fan is working great! I would definitely return to Keith for future laptop repairs.
