Walmart Patio & Garden Services

Employees are usually very nice. Very long wait at customer service desk. Bought a microwave, went home and opened the box to find the microwave I had bought had cracks on the glass on the front of it. I go to return it and they wouldn't let me return or exchange it. Lady at desk had the nerve to say I "probably dropped it". RUDE. Never had an issue with the employees before or after this.

Never any registers open. 50 ppl in line for one register unless you want to work for Walmart and check your own stuff out.

Awful experience! The cashier was training and needed help ringing up an item. We were patient for 15 minutes while someone helped her. When we got home we realized that in the confusion one of our bags was left behind. I called the store and spoke to a manager who could not have cared less that I live an hour away from this store. I was told they can not credit my card back and my only option is to drive back to the store for my items. Never again Walmart
