“I had a great experience with Chris, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had while he installed our new electrical box. My only disappointment was how Kelly and Nic handled the price difference on the cash/check discount. I had called Kelly that morning of service to make sure the price was correct and she stated it was, but then I never ended up getting the discount using a check when it stated cash/check discount on our paperwork. Told me the discount only could be used if I paid cash which no one told me until after I wrote out the check.“
