One customer shared that they heard excellent reports about the company's waterproofing services and decided to give them a call. They spoke with the owner, Carl, who came to their house and did a thorough evaluation of their basement. The customer appreciated that Carl was not high-pressured and let them decide exactly what they wanted. The prices were very fair, and the customer decided to have the entire basement done. The workers were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They put up a plastic tent around the customer's belongings in the basement and ranners on the upstairs floor to keep it clean. The customer had no complaints about dirt or dust in the house and was happy with the quick completion of the job.
Another customer had a basement that was a mess, with mold and water leaking all the time. They called America's Basement Contractor, and the staff was great, polite, and cleaned up after the job was done. The customer was happy with the results and thanked the business for fixing a long-time problem.
A third customer thanked the business for the outstanding job of waterproofing their basement. They were impressed with the customer service representative who explained the job in its entirety. The workers were on time, very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The customer was happy with the installation of a French drain, sump pump, and carbon fibers to secure the wall.
Overall, America's Basement Contractor is a reliable business that provides excellent customer service, fair prices, and high-quality work. They are recommended without reservation for any basement work.
Dan Mercer and his crew were great to work with. Well experienced and knowledgable. We had major foundation work to be done with multiple different issues to deal with. They came up with a plan that saved our cabin. A big thumbs up to America's Basement Contractors!
I can't say enough about this company and the crew. It took them four days to transform my basement. They were very professional, polite, and I was completely comfortable with the process. You have a wet basement call these guys. You'll love the results. I know I'm going to. These guys are the best.
Polite, communicative crew... That's first and foremost.
Very aware and careful with my area. Extremely polite when it came to my repetitive questions. That's on me!
My job was probably small, compared to what they usually do, but I can tell they treat each job equally. They care about what they do.
I will gladly be recommending ABC to my neighbors and anyone else I hear of, that's having basement/foundation issues.
