“The flat roof over our detached garage had reached the point where patching it no longer made sense. Once the old material was removed, two soft sections of plywood were replaced and a self-adhered modified-bitumen roof was installed with new edge metal. The crew kept the work contained even though the garage sits directly beside our neighbor’s garden. A few granules and scraps were left along the fence, but they returned after I called and cleaned them up. The garage has stayed dry, and the finished edges look much better than the layers of old patch material that were there before.”
