Westmoreland Manor is a highly regarded facility in Westmoreland County, known for its wonderful staff, including maintenance, housekeeping, and trained caregivers who are respectful and friendly. While the administration is kind and professional, some union nurses have been noted as rude. It's important for families to understand that this is not private duty care, and for the best 24-hour care, private duty caregivers should be considered.
They really took great care of my uncle when he was in there. The nurses and staff were absolutely wonderful to him even called one of them his angel they always have an activity going on at least three or four a day very clean. They even hold church services there for your loved ones, the food options are great very good variety and again the staff was wonderful to my uncle. I definitely would recommend this place. They really did take good care of my uncle and his time of need.
Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg PA provides excellent care for my family member. I have had nothing but a good positive experience with everyone I have encountered… from the business office to the nursing staff, recreation staff, dietary staff, aids, volunteers, front desk, and even employees that do not deal with me directly. It is a place where they care for your loved one and you feel they are in a safe environment. It is a clean facility. Thank you for all you do!!!
Westmoreland Manor is by far one of the jewels of Westmoreland County. The staff, including Maintenace & housekeeping as well as office and trained care giving staff are wonderful. Everyone there is respectful and friendly to all residents and family. When the time comes to find nursing care for your loved one thisis the place to check out.
