I bought my first bracelet at the Louisville Christmas show in 12/23. I have since ordered online and once again went to the Christmas show 12/24 and purchased more.
I can tell when I do not have my bracelet on as far as pain within my body.
I have friends who have ordered after I raved about mine and they are also happy with the results.
My bracelet broke and when I was buying a new bracelet at the Ohio Backwoods festival Jennifer informed me that they repair. She gave me their card that explained how to return and include return postage. I returned at end of September. I have sent emails. Tried calling. And sent texts. But have not received any response nor have I received my bracelet. Does anyone know if they are still in business or how to reach them?
I have updated my rating because we now in communication. I love both my bracelets and was just concerned about not knowing the status of my original bracelet.
