The physical therapy on my foot helped a lot. When I started physical therapy I had pain when I walked in tennis shoes with padded insoles. Now I can walk barefoot across solid floors comfortably. A huge improvement. Thank you for your help!
The PT Clinic along Pellis Road is easy to access with plenty of parking. Once inside, the PT Care team is cordial, friendly and quick to provide professional physical therapy care developed by and coordinated with my surgeon Dr Erdos and my Physical Therapist Kristen Thompkins for my recent rotator cuff tear surgery. Sessions are about an hour in duration and usually have heat and or ice treatments before or after, and then gradually advancing range of motion exercises designed to strengthen all of the muscle groups impacted by the surgery. I have been to the PT Group for both a knee replacement and a shoulder problem. In addition to the sessions, they provide home plans to continue my healing. I have been very happy with the results. Everyone there is compassionate and caring.
