Very considerate people to work with. Always a pleasure dealing with the service department. Had to leave the car and they arranged for a rental for us to go home. The part that was needed came in on a timely basis and installed as soon as they got it. Thanks again for the great service.

The service visit went well. I was not happy that I was told in needed to replace 4 tires to pass inspection. These were original tires that came on the car. I had little over 14,000 miles on the car. Does Honda put junk tires on their new cars? I was also told I should get fourwheel alignment also. I have all service done by Smail. Is this normal?

I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot. They gave me the price of 36,311. When I got home I realized that they listed the base price as 36,660. I also found a mouse nest in the engline. I called them and they told me that they would look over the car and would fill my gas tank for my trouble. As far as the price difference it was extra for mud flaps and Auto Bulter wax.
