Whenever I submit a Google review it's because the company has urged, cajoled, or pressured me to do so. Not this time. I'm submitting this review voluntarily for a couple of reasons. Secondly the ease with which it was possible to schedule my detailing was outstanding. Finally, the quality of the work was outstanding, as usual. The quality is so good, it makes driving to Greensburg from Johnstown worth the trip. Great job… read full review

Very considerate people to work with. Always a pleasure dealing with the service department. Had to leave the car and they arranged for a rental for us to go home. The part that was needed came in on a timely basis and installed as soon as they got it. Thanks again for the great service.

The service visit went well. I was not happy that I was told in needed to replace 4 tires to pass inspection. These were original tires that came on the car. I had little over 14,000 miles on the car. Does Honda put junk tires on their new cars? I was also told I should get fourwheel alignment also. I have all service done by Smail. Is this normal?
