First time dropping off my clothes were cleaned how I expected however each & every time after that my clothes were NOT touched but iHad to pay for the service.!! I’ve spent over $250 plus on services I did not receive WEEKLY.!! I never looked in till I wore clothes because I trusted the service with them seeming to be so nice & professional but when I asked why my clothes looked like they were not touched after noticing same stains & etc, the laddies response was “that’s the best we could do” TOTALLY Unacceptable.!! From the first call of inquiry about their services on the 800 number , you are treated very well-kind-inerested in you becoming a customer and go out of their way to help you; Went to the Greensburg location and "Tina" was terrific, patient, friendly and welcomed us to the store warmly! Excellent customer service!

I have been a customer at the Greensburg location for years. Previously I tried every dry cleaner in the area and wasn’t happy. The employees here are top notch and are extremely courteous and helpful. Quality of their service has been great and if there is a problem Rhonda, Tina and Jean will get it corrected. I highly recommend.
