Allot to look at takes time to get through the store due to wide variety of things they sale and that's not such a bad thing cause you'll find what you're looking for and need.

Had to get a suit for my mother's funeral, loved the selection. Staff left us to shop alone, never asked if they could help. When asked for a sertin area they just pointed in the direction. All the items were very good quality

I think this is one of the larger JCPenney stores out there. There's a lot of variety: clothes for men, women, & children; shoes; home items; purses; optical; etc. Often times they have good sales. If I remember correctly, the upstairs has women's clothes, purses, kids clothes, shoes, & jewelry. The downstairs has men's clothes & home stuff.
