i popped into high ground jiu jitsu looking for a new hobby after moving to the murphy area. the introductory package they offer provides exceptional value to test out the waters. the monday night fundamentals class focused heavily on grip fighting and the coaches corrected my stance instantly. the entire building is exceptionally clean and smells faintly of tea tree oil. finding this place was a massive win for my fitness. ten out of ten.
