So, I don't think I've ever written a review for any company before in my life. The customer service and quality of service that I received was nothing less than fantastic. I recently hosted an outdoor wedding at my house and was stuck on how to provide a bathroom for our guests. I called around to several places in the area for a bathroom trailer, and was quickly turned off by prices and the lack of response that I got from competitors. Robbins was one of the last places I called, and by far offered me the best price right away. I called late one night and the lady answering the phone was fantastic! She took the time and explained every detail of the septic system to me. She truly went above and beyond! I hate I didn't get her name to recognize her. But I am truly grateful!

One of the best companies I have ever worked with! Not only are they friendly and quick, but they also do quality work and stand behind their work. When our septic pump went they came out immediately to pump the tank and ordered a new pump which they then came to install with a warranty. They also jetted our tank and fixed the alarm system. Thank goodness they did, because with hurricane Ida we had some flooding, and lost power and the alarm on the tank was going off when the power came back on. They came out right away fully prepared to stand behind the warranty, but luckily it was just a minor repair. However, the peace of mind and quick action is greatly appreciated....read full review
