I contracted Springhill to evaluate issues in my fireplace and chimney due to corrosion of the damper and firebox, and deteriorating on some masonry. They came out and recommended removing the damper, installing an insert and re doing the crown and adding a new cap. Everyone was great from the people on the phone, and the technicians. They were very professional, took extra care covering the floor and other areas from dirt. The installation work was excellent and they cleaned up everything. They also helped us start a fire to check that everything worked.
