We came here looking for help with our taxes, we were met deception and financial scare tactics. Surprise charges of hundreds of dollars happened over a simple email question that was over researched far beyond request. Failure to file our personal return extension despite having an email confirmation of having done so. This resulted in IRS late filing fees (which fortunately were very easily dismissed with just a phone call).
