19 months ago we contracted and paid nearly $5000 to do some work at our home. Contract was for polyurethane leveling of a garage floor. On 3 seperate occasions, a worker arrived at our house, messed with the equipment for 3-4 hours then stated something was broken or defective and he was unable to perform any work. On 2 other occasions they cancelled the day before or the morning of. The senior superintendent refuses to return any of my calls. I last spoke with a representative 2+ weeks ago who stated the equipment had been repaired and they wanted to "test it", make sure everything worked, then schedule a day to complete the project.
