Dave was wonderful since day 1 of the entire process. From picking a lot to building my beautiful new home, he was great! So patient, helpful, and accommodating. Each step along the way is so worth it when you finally get to see the plans on paper come to life. I love my house and am so thankful I chose Martin Homes to bring my dream home to life!

We were lucky to work with Martin Homes on our master bath renovation - they did an amazing job!! They were very supportive of our design choice and laid out a complete path to achieving the bathroom we really wanted. Dave did an excellent job of scheduling so the work kept moving along at a steady pace - and he checked in every day to make sure things were always going well. He was careful to ensure that all workers respected our home and our space - which was great. And when we did encounter small problems, Dave was on top of it and was able to successfully resolve problems quickly. I have already asked Dave for a quote for another project - am looking forward to working with him again!

Martin Homes did a fantastic job on our first floor remodel. We were without a kitchen for only 3 weeks. They were courteous, helpful, and punctual. They designed a new layout and flow of our house that we love!
