I had a slow leak in the water shut off valve behind my toilet and Handyside sent John out to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable and generally pleasant in helping me identify the problem and then outlining the various options for fixing it. He answered my many questions and seemed to actually enjoy what he’s doing… which is an excellent trait in any type of technician. I feel comfortable with the knowledge that he shared and would not hesitate to call Handyside and John back for any future needs.
From our first call to Handyside to the finished job we were treated with courtesy and respect. Our technician was courteous, pleasant and excellent at his job. We’re so glad we called them.
