I contacted AIM on a Friday and Lisa quickly set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. I requested that they inspect my door, which was rubbing against my guide rail and also inspect the wall mounted remote control that was not working properly.
I was anticipating having to replace the whole garage door and opener, as both were very dated.
Ron and Derek arrived promptly on Monday and after a brief inspection, stated that they could do the repairs.

We got prompt and reasonably priced service from a friendly and professional service person, Derek. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our garage door and get a fix in place in 30 minutes. I appreciated his honesty in encouraging me to run the existing equipment that was old but still working and not trying to upsell me any new replacements. I would recommend their services to anyone with garage door issues.
