“DO NOT allow this place to repair or alter your clothes. I recently brought in two jackets to have the sleeves taken up a half inch. On both jackets, only one sleeve was altered which is absurd. On the sleeves that were altered, the lining was left unfinished and the sleeves now appear twisted. I would have been better off attempting to tailor the jackets myself.

Edit: I took the jackets back in and the owner/manager had them fixed within 2 days. Everyone makes mistakes, these guys owned theirs and made it right. I’ve been a repeat customer since. Also the dry cleaning prices are very reasonable.“

And also hemmed a sequin dress for me (complicated work) I came in last minute with the dress and was concerned about getting it done on time. The turnaround was one day! “Absolutely amazing, won’t go anywhere else. I had a custom suit made for my wedding and in preparation dropped it off to be pressed before the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day where an espresso martini was spilled on me and cause quite a bit of damage. I dropped the suit off with limited hope, but was ecstatic to see the result. A conversation was shared regarding the effort that was put into cleaning the suit and white shirt - 3 times through the process, but was still only charged the normal fee. I tried searching dry cleaners near willow grove Walmart and saw this one and it had amazing reviews so I figured I’d give them a try !

I was not disappointed! I even got lucky because I went on a Wednesday and when I pulled in the parking lot there was a sign that said 20% discount on Wednesdays.

Even without the discount the price was good !

And a plus is that they text you when you’re stuff is ready for pickup which is a really nice Bonus !

Overall, I am very pleased with the result and quality care taken .

I saw so many horror story reviews during my search for a new dry cleaners so some places really just do not care.

it is nice to see the staff at this dry cleaners takes very good care of peoples items and the dedication and care shows through the quality work received.

My coat looks as good as when I got it and it was in rough shape when I brought it in Because the fabric is a magnet for lint and pet hair and it is insanely difficult to remove even with a lint roller or lint brush .

That said, I would highly recommend this dry cleaners!
