The old electric fuse box going to our furnace stopped working. I called and spoke with Eric, who came out to help within the hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He got everything working again and made sure it was safe for the future. We will definitely contact them again for future service needs.

What a great experience! I have owned a Kitchen Aid double wall oven for one month. My wife turned it on yesterday and it shut off immediately. I called Renaissance based on the close proximity and wonderful reviews. To my suprise Eric was available the same day and arrived at my house one hour later! He was professional, and very detail oriented. The issue was a bad breaker and faulty connection (not code and a fire hazard btw) behind the unit. It was installed improperly by the applicance company. He had the problem fixed within 30-40 minutes and was on his way. We are having a Mother's Day dinner at my house and Eric saved the day! We had a power issue and called a number of places - none of them could make it out until the following week. We came across Renaissance in our search and gave them a call...very happy that we found them. Eric was very responsive and came out that same day to help restore power. It turns out that our main amp had some corrosion and it was causing an issue with some of the lights flickering on and off. He replaced it and our power has been fine since.We also needed to upgrade our entire electrical panel. We scheduled it through Eric again since he was so helpful the first time that we used him.
