Working with Glenn to design and construct a set of custom built-in shelves was great. He was prompt and responsive. He understood what we had in mind but also provided advice when needed. He spent a LOT of time measuring. Construction took about 6 weeks, as quoted, and installation was completed in a day despite all the challenges old Pittsburgh houses hold. We, and all our books, are very happy!
We strongly recommend Glenn for any of your custom cabinet needs. Glenn worked extremely well with us from the planning stages throughout installation, and around our specific timeframes. Glenn provided us with answers to all of our questions, maintained communication throughout the process, and worked with us in coordinating the necessary timing with our countertop installer.Glenn and his associate (Russ) were neat and detailed during the installation. The cabinetry and reworked crown molding look fantastic! We have already recommended Glenn to many of our friends and will hire him for any of our future cabinetry needs.
Glenn was very easy to work with, showed up on time for the estimate and delivered and installed the pieces as promised. We had a specific look we were going for and he really understood our vision and made the pieces look like they were built for our house. He did a custom cabinet with drawers and shelves for our bathroom, a built-in dresser for our bedroom and a custom fit dresser/shelf for our closet. The work is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier! If we ever need more custom woodwork for our home, we will definitely ask Glenn.
