Norma was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful at explaining everything so we understood what everything meant. We live in PA and I worked in both MD & NJ, she was very knowledgeable with the intricacies of the multiple out of state incomes. We look forward to working with her in the future.
The rep was nice. Its my 2nd time allowing her to do my taxes. I like her. Shes pleasant and very cheerful. She took care of mereally fast . I didnt have to idle around. God wills I plan to go to her next year. She always try to get me the best savings. She really make it more pleasant to sit and wait to take care of business.
