THE GOODMark is terrific, pleasant, very professional, and the owner of this JH site. This is our 2nd year using him and we'll do the same from now on. We paid a moderate "senior" fee for his expert tax assistance.THE BADUnfortunately, there is also an unpleasant, unprofessional, aged 70+ woman with whom we wasted an hour while she chided us for having too many "unnecessary" documents, yet assigned us to return with two 1099s--that were right there in our file folder! We were not charged for this debacle which was the only positive aspect of this highly negative experience.
They are very professional and they care about the customers. They are fast and accurate. I will recommend Jackson Hewitt to everyone. I love the service I received and I will be back in the future.
The staff here is very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained the details about my taxes. Someone came a half hour late for his appointment, which setback everyone else; but my tax preparer moved swiftly and completed my return in a timely manner.
