Chuck, our very knowledgeable project manager, took the time to educate us on our options, the products they use, and what we could expect during each step of the project. Our roofing team — Rich, Carlos, Charlie, and Angel — were just as much a pleasure to have on our project. They always went the extra mile to make sure our property was protected. Their work was clean. The end result looks beautiful with all of the extra little touches that add up to well above and beyond the standard (i.e. extending the ridge vent across our entire ridge line, painting our plumbing vents to blend in with the surrounding roofing, invisible downspout hangers, the list goes on…). They checked in with me as needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. And extra kudos to them for being power houses during the 90+ degree heat wave that our project unfortunately lined up with.
