Our wonderful family dog Newo passed over the rainbow bridge last week. Tracie answered the phone right away and was so kind and understanding with the loss of our beloved Newo. I highly recommend their services. It has been a rough week, but getting to bring Newo's remains back home in less than a week has given us peace. The work she did on the custom box and keepsakes is beautiful. Thank you again for you kind words, understanding and taking care of our baby. We will forever be grateful.

Love this place!!! Very family friendly and loving people at some of the hardest days a pet owner goes through. Tracie is so compassionate and easy to talk to that it feels like your talking to a life long friend. I highly recommend their services!
