I would give Otto 5/5 for the haircut and his interaction with my son, and the shop was nice too. Friendly atmosphere / vibe. Took away 1 star because I found the online booking to be misleading. I linked my bank account to pay that way, and it made it seem as though doing that made the $35 haircut (for an 8-year old) $30 instead. So I thought it was paid-in-full and I brought enough cash just to tip 20%+. That being said, I still owed $5, and wasn’t going to not tip Otto at least 20%, so I used my debit card for the difference, but it doing so, the $5 balance turned into $7.98. I've been getting my haircuts here for nearly 15 years, the staff is very professional and they are great with kids as well. Can't say enough good things about the Ultimate Shave 👍👍

Took my 14-year-old nephew last minute, grabbed the last appointment for the day, just before school starts on Tuesday. Rachel was wonderful, cut his hair just the way he likes. He would love to come back again for another cut with her. I wished I tipped more in the moment, I'm terrible at math, so next time we come I'm planning on tipping extra. Hope she sees this ❤️
