I had filed complaint against Sephora store in Glen Mills Pennsylvania. I experience the worst customer service by one of the representative , I filed complaint to the corporate office and below is my review how they handled the situation.
I would like to recognize Sephora's Corporate Customer service for taking my concerns seriously.
From the moment I contacted the corporate office, I felt that the representative listened carefully asked detailed questions, and treated my complaint with professionalism and respect. I had an amazing time at Sephora yesterday! 10/10 experience, Summer helped me pick out a whole new face of products and we picked out some skin care to start a new routine. She was so helpful and fun to work with and her recommendations were amazing, I am already obsessed with the items we picked out and I was so excited to start using them this morning.

First time in this store recently. Needed to get shade matched. Cat does such an amazing job. She was so thorough and sweet. Loved getting my shade matched and picking up a brush to help. I was able to place another foundation order with the information. Beautiful store and very nice beauty experts. Thanks again to Cat.
