Stopped in for a haircut but was told they were closing, even though it was during business hours. Disappointing experience—would’ve appreciated clearer hours or a heads-up before making the trip.

My first cut and blow dry at this Hair Cuttery and had a great cut and blow dry from Nyssa. She took time to listen to what I wanted, made suggestions and cut levels in stages so that my hair wouldn't be too short. The scalp massage was a bonus. Thanks Nyssa!

Today was my first time going to Hair Cuttery so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was great that you can set your appointment online and they send you an appointment confirmation with all of the info which I like.When I arrived, I was greeted by Suzanne who was super friendly. I only had to wait a minute or two while she finished prepping everything. I didn't check my watch, but I only arrived a few minutes before my appointment so I must have been called back right on time, which I really appreciated.
