“Joe Civitelli did some great gutter work for me last year, so when I lost some shingles during last Sunday’s windstorm, I thought of him right away. It was Presidents Day, and I left a message saying I certainly didn’t expect to hear back from him that day. He called before 8:00 Tuesday morning. Yesterday was Thursday, and when I came home from having a root canal (ouch), there were the shingles back on my roof. Thanks, Joe, for keeping your promise to get to it this week, for doing such a nice, neat, job, and for making me so happy on a rough day!”
