My grandson has been taking karate from East Coast for at least four years now, and his little sister started a few months ago. Both of them have gotten much stronger and more disciplined from the practice. The teachers here encourage the best effort from the students, and teach them with respect and kindness.

We have had a wonderful experience at East Coast! Started 8 years ago and my son has developed confidence and strength through karate. It is a wonderful and caring community of students and instructors! Glad we started many years ago!

My son has been going for years and loves it! He persevered and got his black belt. His first of many major accomplishments in life and one that has helped him develop discipline and character.
