Does it really take 7 months to see a PCP. The last one I was with saw me only once then left and now I supposedly have a new Doctor and or nurse practitioner. Sounds like Crozier is becoming NHS.

This is tough because the company does beautiful work the issue is I found something wrong after the job was done and I signed off on i. they refuse to take ownership of the issues. I have asked for the owner to call me back and has never called back but was willing to come to my house to get the job. They have lost out on two jobs because of this. I would never recommend them even though their work looks amazing if there are issues after fact they don't take ownership. They tried to give me $50 Amazon card to get rid of me instead of doing the right thing and fix it.

Just so so. It's hard to get anyone on the phone. When I need to speak to someone I'm often stuck on hold long enough that I eventually hang up and just drive over to the office. The staff are extremely unhappy. I've never been met with a smile from the administrative staff ever on my way in. I'm not really allowed to see a doctor, it's like pulling teeth to get an appointment with anyone with a MD abbreviation, just nurse practitioners. The nurses are pleasant, but no one talks TO ME, they all stare into a monitor, ask it questions and expect me to answer. They treat the computer, not the patient.
