Chuck and the team was amazing start to finish on installing our wood burning fireplace insert! I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone was extremely patient and took the time to explain thoroughly. I strongly recommend Comfort Home and Hearth and plan to use them again on our other fireplace!

Fantastic experience from end to end with Comfort Home and Hearth, with the entire staff - showroom, customer service, and installation. They went above and beyond following some problems on our side (permits, contractor availability, etc.), which led to us finally getting to the installation over a year after we ordered the fireplace. Chuck and team were super patient and understanding throughout. And the fireplace and installation look and function great! What a difference in the warmth of our house, and feel of our living room. We're incredibly happy - thanks again!
