Ignore the 3 star summary, completely inaccurate. The quality of service was top notch and professional. When you are getting quotes those other quotes don’t include everything the team does, including running electrical.
Our experience with Chuck and his team was fantastic throughout the entire process. Chuck is the consummate professional and we were very glad this winter to have followed his recommendations, as our house was warm and we achieved our goal of spending less in oil. Not only do our wood stoves look beautiful and enhanced our joy of winter, but the installation was also outstanding and Chuck stood by his work and ensured our flues were placed correctly and without leakage. Chuck and the team was amazing start to finish on installing our wood burning fireplace insert! I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone was extremely patient and took the time to explain thoroughly. I strongly recommend Comfort Home and Hearth and plan to use them again on our other fireplace!
