Professional, knowledgeable, courteous,; the establishment was extremely impeccable. John IS the BEST far none! He advises everytime I come in, because I ALWAYS come in & want to switch things up, which, usually comes out of nowhere at the last moment! I am SO glad that I FINALLY found a hair designer, who actually can figure me out, & my hair too!Thanx John !!!!
