First time using MS Cleaners to have some sweaters cleaned. Very friendly customer service. Because they’re located in a historical building, services like dry cleaning have to be done at a separate location, which adds a day or two to the length of time until clothes are ready, but as long as you’re not in a rush this isn’t a problem. Pleased with the job done and will definitely return!

I’m short and need help getting my ankle jeans to actually be ankle length on me. MSC did a great hemming my various styles of jeans - original hem, raw frayed hem, bias cut, hems of different lengths. The jeans all look great and I was even happier that they delivered the jeans when they were done. Thank you!

I am a Fortune 100 business analyst consultant and my clothes need to look too notch. Merion Square is always on time and the staff is polite. My clothes look excellent and are always ready when I ask for them (even if I am in a jam and need them faster than normal for a business trip). I highly recommend. They also don't use horrible additives in their process. I am usually allergic to heavy detergents and garnet treatments. I have not had a single problem here. Well worth the drive I have to get my clothes done here. I rarely write reviews but this was worth the time.
