HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Leah Campbell is my sister’s dr and my sister just left urgent care being told that Dr. Campbell looked past an infection that could’ve been life threatening spreading into her brain and eyes. And this isn’t the first time she has brushed off a dr visit and sent her home saying nothing was wrong.

Made an appt several months ago and I was just called to be told I would have to wait another 7 months and reschedule. SEVEN MONTHS. Reason given was they didn't realize the doctor was going to be making hospital rounds. Did they just realize this now? Incompetence or disorganization. Maybe both? Avoid if the insurance gods deem it possible for you.

I've been coming to Elk Valley Medical for around 40 years. Because I'm healthy and haven't been there for 3 years, they dropped me as a patient. I am about to become a grandparent for the first time and need Tdap shot. There reply, sorry you need to start all over again as a new patient and wait at least a year to get an appointment. That's how they treat people.
